Office Visits

office visits

Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, and high-quality dental care. We understand that you or your child may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to your needs, and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing the best care possible.

Your first visit is all about you: your comfort, your concerns, your health, and your goals.

During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history, talk about past experiences with dental treatment, listen to your concerns and your hopes for your mouth, and take necessary records of your teeth and mouth. Blood pressure will be recorded and a cancer screening of the face, neck, and mouth will be included. Dr. Miller or Dr. WangMiller will examine your dental x-rays and your teeth including your bite relationship and the muscles used in chewing.

At your next visit, you will be presented with a written consultation including a comprehensive list of findings from the records and examination from your first visit. Recommendations for treatment options will be presented. At this consultation visit, you will have the opportunity to sit down, ask questions, look at records, and discuss options. We want to answer any questions you may have and questions you haven't even thought of to help you create your own individual treatment plan that best supports your health goals.

Bring your smile, but also remember to bring these with you to your first appointment

  • Any oral appliance that you wear

Regular checkups are an important part of maintaining a healthy smile!

The American Dental Association recommends a visit to your dentist every six months for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.

We respect your time, so we are intentional about staying on schedule.  Please give us a call to make an appointment.
